Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling & WhatsApp Communication: Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and WhatsApp to build and strengthen business relationships.
  • Email Correspondence: Efficiently handle client inquiries and maintain ongoing communication through email, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
  • Sales Closing: Demonstrate a proven ability to convert leads into sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Google Sheet Management: Organize and maintain sales records, client information, and project details using Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Digital Tools Proficiency: Utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
    • WordPress and Shopify Development: Discuss web development needs with clients and understand project requirements.
    • UI/UX Design: Possess a basic understanding of user interface and experience design principles to effectively communicate with clients.
    • SEO Services: Leverage knowledge of search engine optimization to propose relevant services to potential clients.
    • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance client outreach and engagement.
    • Google Ads: Demonstrate strong skills in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Proposal and Quotation Creation: Craft tailored proposals and quotations that meet customer requirements, paying close attention to detail.
  • Client Interaction: Engage regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
