We are seeking a skilled and proactive Night Shift Production Manager to oversee operations at our PVC plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production targets during the night shift. As a leader, you will guide a dedicated team, address any operational issues, and facilitate a smooth handover between shifts.

Position Title: Night Shift Production Manager – PVC Industry
Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore
Salary: PKR 60,000 to 85,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)
Work Style: Onsite, Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM (overtime may be required)

Role Overview:

As a leader, you will guide a dedicated team, address any operational issues, and facilitate a smooth handover between shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight: Manage night shift PVC production, ensuring that all processes are carried out efficiently and meet the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead the production team to achieve daily targets, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Schedule Adherence: Ensure compliance with production schedules, promptly addressing any issues that may arise to prevent delays.
• Safety Monitoring: Monitor the use of equipment and enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks throughout the shift and manage inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations.
• Reporting and Handover: Prepare detailed nightly reports on production performance and ensure proper communication during the shift handover to the day team.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in PVC or plastic manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of PVC production processes and the associated equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership qualities, with strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems to facilitate efficient operations.
