Service Development Lead: Learning How to Support Adults Living with Learning Disabilities and Autism

A National Provider of Learning Disabilities and Autism Supported Living Services and Complex Care is looking for a Service Development Lead. We have two such opportunities, one LD Supported Living and the other while providing Community Complex Care. In a Service Development Lead role, you will be responsible for growing a business, creating new business, and managing current clients. You will work off-site with some travel on an as-needed basis, where you will:

Responsibilities:

Procure more businesses in the learning disabilities, autism and mental health fields

Enter new geographical areas through Clinical Commissioning Groups

Increased sales revenue within existing CCGs through account management and development strategies

Work with ICBs to develop business opportunities

Benefits:

Salary: £ 55,000

Bonus: Two Percent of General Manager’s Salary Annual Bonus Scheme

Home based with some travel

Option to work with one of the leading employers within the UK healthcare for National Provider

Requirements:

Experience in either business development or effective service development

Experience on Learning Disabilities, Autism and related complex care

Record of successfully growing revenues and managing customer accounts

Ability to communicate and network with other Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and stakeholders
