Acting Care & Support Team Leader - Thornfield House, Bradford

Join Cygnet as an Acting Care & Support Team Leader at Thornfield House, a specialist residential service supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. You'll:

Work 42 hours/week, 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends
Lead the staff team, allocate duties, administer medication, and ensure high-quality care
Support management and team members in day-to-day service operations
Provide enhanced care, guidance, and encouragement through physical and emotional support
Maintain a safe and clean environment
