Hargreaves Lansdown seeks a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead its HR Operations Team, reporting to the Head of HR Delivery. As a key contributor to the Generalist function, you will oversee HR service centre delivery, manage complex projects, and ensure effective governance, oversight, and risk management. Your responsibilities will include line management, transactional HR activity, Workday administration, data integrity, and technical HR process ownership. You will also develop innovative solutions, provide guidance, and collaborate across the business to ensure policy compliance and optimal Workday usage.
To excel in this role, you'll need a CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent), experience managing HR Operations, and expertise in HR policy and procedure. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and time management skills are essential. Knowledge of Employment Law, Immigration, Visa management, Risk management, and Workday is desirable.
