**Position Summary**

As a Sales Associate at CALVIN KLEIN, you will serve as a brand ambassador, creating an emotional connection between our customers and our brand. Your primary responsibility will be to exceed customer expectations, deliver exceptional service, and showcase a passion for CALVIN KLEIN. You will work as part of a dynamic team focused on achieving top-line sales results.

**Responsibilities**

**Customer Experience**  
- Greet every customer warmly and offer assistance, ensuring high levels of engagement and suggestive selling to enhance units per transaction (UPT) and conversion rates.  
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and promotions to effectively communicate their value and foster brand loyalty.  
- Prioritize exceptional customer experiences by consistently putting customers first. Solicit feedback and relay insights to management for potential business improvements.

**Commitment to Efficiency**  
- Execute tasks related to processing, replenishment, cashiering, promotions, and visual marketing in accordance with brand standards.  
- Keep backstock organized and comply with all company policies and procedures to maintain a smooth operational flow.  
- Stay vigilant regarding potential theft, promptly reporting any concerns to management to safeguard the store.

**Qualifications**  
- Prior retail experience is preferred, enhancing your ability to connect with customers and understand sales dynamics.  
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred to ensure a solid educational foundation.  
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for nights, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.  
- Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for providing outstanding customer service.  
- Physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods, as well as the capability to carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
