**Role Overview**
As the Manager of Compensation Services, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing a comprehensive compensation program for all NRC staff. This includes providing strategic and operational advice to senior management on various compensation-related topics. You will also research and analyze current policies, offering proposals for improvements that impact compensation processes.

**Screening Criteria**
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications:
- **Education:** Successful completion of secondary school according to provincial standards. For international qualifications, please refer to Degree Equivalency guidelines.
- **Experience:**
- Proven experience in motivating, leading, training, and managing teams within HR.
- Experience in developing and conducting quality control of business processes and procedures.
- Ability to manage complex client pay issues within a governmental context.
- A minimum of three years of experience using HR and pay systems within the Federal Public Service, including systems such as Regional Pay System (RPS), Phoenix, and PeopleSoft.
- Recent experience applying laws, regulations, and policies related to pay and benefits in the Federal Public Service.

**Compensation and Benefits**
The salary for this position ranges from $93,470 to $104,792 per annum, with an additional bilingualism bonus of $800 per year. NRC employees benefit from a robust pension plan, comprehensive health and dental coverage, disability and life insurance, and additional support for employee well-being.
