Join Floor & Decor as Cashier (Customer Service Associate)

Being the first and last touch point with our customers, you will greet, check out, handle returns, and perform cash office duties such as checking in and out, tendered receipts to process payments, and selling cash office supplies. We offer:

Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

Ensure that clients are treated with the utmost courtesy.

Use the POS system to check customers at the cash register.

Issue Returns and exchanges

Merchandising and stocking

Responding to phone calls

Requirements:

18 years and above

Mathematically Equipped

Customer-oriented attitude

Able to lift and carry objects weighing 20-50 lbs at times

Good communication, engaging, and positive work ethic
