As a Market Development Lead (MDL), you will work with Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and retail stores to grow our footprint in the market. You will help establish strong relationships, understand needs and growth areas, and ensure service is provided without flaws.

Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:

During conditions assessment report to consult with IDPs

Establish working relations with IDPs and retail decision-makers

Ability to integrate findings from different sources to pinpoint growth

Things regarded as fundamental to engagement in displaying the IDs in the right manner

Act as a bridge between IDPs and other partners from different areas

Perform Route Consulting and Physical Audits

Reach the goal of how fast the shelf can be accessed when introducing a new item.

Requirements:

BA/Higher Educational Qualification

3-5 years of selling or experience in the Consumer Package goods industry

For the most part, high articulation, critical thinking, and versatility are engaged in.

Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications have advanced capabilities.

Proven track record of leaders' development

Mobility is required (on domestic and business trips)
