Responsibilities BDO is a well-established professional services firm with significant plans for growth and development across all our offices in the UK. You will work as an integral part of our Management Consulting team, responsible for creating and delivering innovative Supply Chain strategy solutions designed to improve process efficiency and drive business performance. You will work with manufacturing and distribution leads to drive sales, delivery operations, and team growth. You will lead engagement management, business development, and practice development. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project teams through various stages of architecture, managing engagement economics, identifying and addressing quality control issues, and mitigating legal risks. You will also deliver best-in-class client service, educate on broader investment opportunities, and contribute to thought leadership.
You will have at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, strategy, and solution delivery and at least 8 years with supply chain strategy; you have had at least five years working for a leading management consulting firm or a blue-chip company serving as an advisor to the global heads of procurement/SCM. Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management (with MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management highly desirable). Essential skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and project management. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant manufacturing and supply chain systems (i.e., MRP, TMS, WMS). In addition to managing staff, you will develop business and expand practice growth. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:
- You have at least 15 years of experience working on similar projects
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management

- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other manufacturing & supply chain-related systems.
