Our client, a premier national AV-rated law firm, is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney with a significant record at the appellate and trial court of employment practice in its Labor and Employment Practice Group. The candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in employment litigation, with extensive experience in PAGA, class action, and wage and hour cases. In this role, you will have a large caseload of wage and hour cases, both federal and state; agencies include the EEOC and National Labor Relations Board. Your experience will help the firm uphold our dedication to delivering legal excellence in service.
The company provides a motivating salary of $180,000 — $200,000 annually and bonuses supported by an industry-standard savings plan and medical benefits. This includes medical, dental, vision, life, and 401K benefit programs, as well as offering disability insurance protection. In addition, a $2.7 million budget allows employees nine federal holidays, two floating holidays, and the possibility of hybrid or remote work schedules. To excel in this role, you will need to have:
8+ years of employment litigation
PAGA, class action & wage and hour experience
– 1900+ billable hours/year
