Position: National Account Manager, Casual Dining – Reporting Directly to Director of Casual Dining In the role, you will be the key strategist and program driver for an assigned group of On-Premise National Accounts with a heavy focus in the West Coast market. We need your talents and experience to create and achieve business objectives specifically for growth, distribution, and volume across your assigned accounts. You will provide seamless alignment and realization of customer ll mnt at all levels, from headquarters to region inclusive sales, distribution, and with such other cross-functional teams as marketing, finance operations legal.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Driving strategic initiatives and growth for assigned national accounts;
— Have vertical and horizontal penetration, tonnage & market execution at the outlet
Creating and managing budgets to meet business goals
- Developing strong rapport with company execs at the customer HQ offices
Sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal teams working closely across all company departments
Making sure the program can be scaled to work across accounts
• Briefly explain market developments and client necessities to plan business techniques
