Senior Manager, Hospitality Operations with LA28 (Los Angeles 2028, the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games) Reporting to the Head of Commercial Hospitality, you will lead hospitality operations and event production planning, working with LA28's Official Hospitality Provider, On Location, to create immersive experiences for VIPs and fans alike. You will drive strategic leadership and manage operations and production of our events to optimize for collaboration with C-level executives and cross-functional teams. You have at least 7 years of industry experience, ideally with 4 years in a leadership position, and are an expert in event production, venue management, hospitality and ticketing;

Create proactive staffing & growth strategies.
Manage relationships with IOC, On Location, and LA28 Functional Areas
Develop & Deploy Hospitality Business Plans and Project Timelines.
Collaborating to ensure timely identification and delivery of critical assets for commercial and operational requirements.
— Help with Go to market strategies and monetization of revenue
Develop close relationships with operational teams

Requirements:
- Dealt with customers for 7+ years
4+ years of leadership experience
- Games experience preferred
- Experience working with event production and venue management concepts is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer service is on point
