In this position, you will be one of the compliance team members that assists agents in the provision of anti-money laundering (AML) resources in relation to the BSA, USA Patriot Act, and any other AML provisions. Your responsibilities will include:Evaluating internal controls and AML compliance programs through transaction analyses, compliance reviews, and training sessionsProviding AML support to Western union agents and affiliatesCompleting agent program reviews and managing complex casesSupporting compliance of the agentsManaging compliance with large Agents NetworksEnjoy traveling/driving up to 30%

Requirements4+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or risk management or BSA ComplianceStrong knowledge in AML, CTR, SARs and BSAExcellent oral, written communication, training and analytical skillsBilingual English/Spanish would be an advantageIndependent worker with multi-tasking abilityGood interpersonal relations and customer service skillsBachelor’s degree is preferred
