Digital Technology is currently looking for a Senior Manager - IT Digital Service to take charge of designing and implementing our Conversational AI and Gen AI driven customer self serve platform. The position is hybrid in nature. The headquarters of this role is in Chicago, IL, and therefore, the candidate is expected to work from the office for 2-3 days a week.

Tasks Coordination:

Organize and coordinate specification, design, development and implementation steps of development team devoted to customer-facing character voice/action interfaces.

Work with relevant business and technology stakeholders to implement solutions.

Look for quick deliverables, proper organization of resources, and scientific evolution of the architecture roadmap.

Manage project delivery and manage scope, schedule, and budget of the project.

Provide insight to both developers and business users on solutions targeted at end users.

Recommend enhancements to how the engineers work and execute the changes.

Requirements:

Minimum:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management

7-9 years+, software development experience and software management.

3 years and more in digital/chatbot voice bots development.

2-4 years as head of multiple functions or projects.

Preferred:

MSc Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems or related fields

Experience in airlines or contact center

Specific expertise in a managerial role focused on agile development
