JT Legal Group, APC is seeking talented Senior Pre-Litigation Case Managers to join our team. Currently, we seek veteran-level personal injury (PI) paralegals capable of communicating as well as any attorney but with the heart of a server who values client service. As a Senior Case Manager, your responsibilities include managing liability disputes, helping ensure clients' vehicles are repaired or replaced reasonably, and organizing treatment for them. Responsibilities:
Rob Wright- Handling liabilities and escalating issues.
Managing patients' appointments and transport
Stay in regular touch with clients over the phone.
Explaining medical treatment options to clients
Assisting Attorneys With Case Strategy And Resolution
- Representing seriously injured clients in high-policy cases
– They make customers satisfied with the decisions they make.
Essential for Success in this Role
///Strong PI background with some experience
– Strong communication and people skills
- Experience working with clients who are seriously injured
– Appreciation of high policy limits
- Spanish (desired proficiency)
