Position Overview:
The Health Care Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring efficient daily operations, and overseeing staff management. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, and the implementation of policies and procedures to enhance service delivery. The coordinator will also play a key role in evaluating operations and preparing reports while representing the organization in various official capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of Services: Oversee and coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Daily Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance service quality.
Budget Planning: Plan and control the budget and expenditures, ensuring that financial resources are used effectively and efficiently in support of departmental goals.
Organizational Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, setting clear priorities and objectives to meet organizational needs.
Policy Implementation: Establish and implement policies and procedures that govern the delivery of healthcare services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Provide ongoing direction and support to encourage professional development.
Evaluation Systems Development: Develop and implement evaluation systems to monitor the quality and effectiveness of healthcare services, utilizing data to drive improvements.
Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports related to departmental activities, performance metrics, and service delivery outcomes.
Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
Supervision:
This position involves supervising a team of 5 to 10 individuals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
