What We Need From You: Skills and Experience

To thrive in the role of Tech Principal, you’ll need a strong foundation in software engineering, particularly in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or PHP. You should be comfortable with REST APIs, database integration, SQL, and OAuth for user authentication. More importantly, you should be passionate about mentoring and supporting development teams, sharing knowledge, and fostering continuous learning within the organization.
