- Legal Advisor (Service Matters)
- Qualification: LLB (preferably LLM) from a well-reputed institution.
- Experience: At least 15 years of legal experience, particularly in handling service law matters, working with Ombudsman, and dealing with legal cases in courts like the High Court and Supreme Court.
- Age: 40 to 55 years.
- Responsibilities: Representing PASSCO in service-related legal matters in court, providing legal advice, and dealing with departmental inquiries and legal cases.
- Legal Advisor (Corporate Affairs)
- Qualification: LLB (preferably LLM) from a reputable law school.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of legal experience, especially in corporate law, insurance law, and company-related legal issues.
- Age: 40 to 55 years.
- Responsibilities: Managing PASSCO’s corporate legal matters, including drafting contracts, handling court cases, and advising on legal compliance related to corporate affairs, SECP, PPRA, and other regulatory bodies.
